The whitening gels we use in our clinic are based on hydrogen carbamide concentration of 15%, and are used for 15 days at home. Most dentists believe professionally dispensed take-home whitening kits are a better option since the bleaching results last over the long haul.<\/p>\n

To make a long lasting bleaching results, it is necessary to reduce some habits such as smoking and drinking red wine and coffee. After bleaching, tooth necks can be sensitive to cold, so it is recommended to brush your teeth with toothpaste for sensitive teeth for few weeks.<\/p>\n
